| Fred was elected to the Parish Council on 4th June 1979 and his 31 years of service were invaluable, especially his knowledge and recall of Parish matters. He will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family and close friends at this sad time. It has been agreed by the Parish Council that a permanent feature in memory of Cllr Humphries should be purchased and a decision on the type of memorial feature should be made after seeking ideas from his family, residents of the Parish and members of the Community Association.
